Juz to wrap things up for 2004...
January: Working as TA in PL, spent my time on ~ Eating snake, PR wif ppl, Surfing net, Downloading tons of stuff...
February: Managed to get PL in working order, at least tentatively. Resolved lots of issues in PL. Heard news about losing the MOE project, all thanks to the management. Darn lots of admin stuff to do.
March: Getting all the inventory records up to date for handover(Latest copy available...Dated 2 years plus back...o_o"). Tying up loose ends.
April: Clearing up stuff from my workroom, getting to know the person who taking over my place. Handed over everything to the person taking over. Bade farewell to the ppl in PL. End of my time there. A fresh start in doing server support.
May: End of MOE project, started work in new project. Began to adapt to new enviroment. Doing new installation and attach to desktop support for starters...End of 1st year of contract. Back to square one.
June: Started doing desktop support on my own, and doing attachment for server calls. Began to learn the life of a vendor, running here and there...Learnt stuff from my mentor, all over a cuppa of coffee.
July: Started taking server calls on my own, running from place to place. Started doing standby for servers, all those dreaded midnite and weekend calls.
August: Getting used to working outside alone, taking calls. Having learnt nothing technical from my mentor, have to pick up everything on my own. Arghz...Tons of phone bills from calling for help. Done OT for relocating servers.
September: Still tons of phone bills, managed to understand more on servers. How it is, those more common faults that i encountered, and how to resolve.
October: Hinted by my colleague, that there's 3 different groups of people inside our team. Started on doing more OT, concentrated more on work than everything else. Reduced the number of calls for help.
November: Found a colleague being more easier to click wif, and started to talk more also. Another guy to talk cock with. Full of rubbish also. Found out about the 3 groups of ppl.
December: Dispatcher moved to KL. Having alot of problems with them.Started having holiday mood, taking less calls than usual. Found more time to unwind and relax than taking calls.
Tsunami Tsunami, these words are what's the most "talked-about" stuff nowadays. Ain't it surprising that these people who live here
~ are rather rich/dumb or both(after doing donation almost whole year round, can still donate somemore...)
~ are fond of their 'face' (can have the cheek to say they donate money, and not give up their seats for someone who needs it more?)
~ are rather fat(Look at those kids who rush to the mrt chairs, ain't them fat or what...)
~ are rather in the comfort zone(is it that strange to have a natural disaster happening, and that ppl do die in natural disaster...?Places like Japan, Hawaii which is more prone of havin natural disaster happening, amazingly having no such publicity happening)
~ are sheeps in the making (can work forever at the same workplace, with no intention of changing a new job)
~ have "instant-compassion" (normally, don't think they would "lend a hand" upon an accident, but when they say about the tsunami that have happened, they would be like so sad for those ppl who died
