Nike+ SportsBand...

Bought a Nike+ Sportsband recently, or to be exact, last Saturday Friday. It was something that surprised me when it was actually announced. And was looking forward to it coming out ever since. I was smitten by the Nike+ iPod option when it 1st came out. Initially, i wanted to get it with the iPod nano option. But luckily, i am unable to justify the price of a iPod nano, even a refurbished one.

So in the end, everything turn out alright. I was right not to spend on a Ipod nano that i don't really need. =) Spent last week, doing some reading up on how to make it work. And a run to boot, to test whether it's working or not. It ended up with me full of aches though.

To cut cost, i have made the amendments to my comfortable running shoes, rather than get a brand new nike+ shoe. Although i spent like 2 hours+ with a penknife digging out the required size.

Currently using the SportsBand as a part-time watch, since it can tell time. 2 functions for the price of 1. As most of the people who knows me, i uses my phone for the time function, cause i can't find a good reason to get a watch to tell time. wahahahahaha...

p.s. Those of you who got the same thing, remember, try not to switch off the sensor, it's a pain to wake it up. Luckily, i found this thread from the apple support site. Or else i gotta go for the 7 day warranty already.
