I believe, most people's feel the feelings of loss when they lose physical 'belongings'. How many of us will remember that the most precious things they have is our parents and family members which we had taken for granted. Inanimate things can always be replaced, but a person once dead, stays dead. As what they always says, "funerals are meant for the living, not for the dead."
How many of us dislike our mums or dads, for the mere reason of discipline. We gotta understand that they did what they knew was demned 'best' for us. Although on hindsight, it might not be the best solution there is out there. But given the situation and the life experiences they had been thru (there is no parenting classes of that time, and nothing actually can prepare them for the real thing anyway), it is the good intentions they had for us that mattered. What they did might be 'wrong', but they could only wanted the very best for us. It's at the point that we loses them, that we actually realise what we had actually lost. At that onset, we are given a choice, to scream and rave on the injustice of the world, or give thanks to the opportunity of getting to know them, abeit a short one. Thus I urge you to cherish and treasure your family and those you hold dear, before you lose them forever.
It's such that we learn from our experiences with our family and from there, upon reflecting on it, improve the delivery methods. As everybody is created differently, there is no hard and fast rules which can solve the problems which we might encounter. To cope with it as best as we could, with the grace of god, and pray that things will turn out alright.
I am of the opinion that, the simpliest solution is most often best way, is to think in the simpliest terms that even kids can understand, as we adults tend to try to explain why and what we did, with complicated words/excuses. Try explaining to kids, the good and bad, and the different shades of grey inbetween.
The question of 'Why', if we do it serious enough, will teach us the futility of finding excuses for everything we do. Personal responsibility should be taken up, for everything we does, a clear conscience to be sought in all situations.

On a side note, did not really get to update on a regular basis. There's always this spark of feeling to write about. But when the sparks's gone, nothing really matters anymore. Had been rather stretched of late, but i believed that it happened for a reason. A lesson for me to learn than anything else. Perhaps it's this is just to manage my time better, or perhaps i just to learn to say 'no'?Perhaps, perhaps, perhaps.
I understand that i should prioritize the things i needed to get done. But i believe that i should not let any opportunity pass me by, no matter if it looked like a waste of time, dressed in coveralls, or even when people tells me that it's worthless. As long as i can find time for it, i will still do it.
