Hi, I have this problem too. I just got the D-link 2640T yesterday only. However, after going through the D-Link and Singnet Technical BB helpdesk, i finally got it working.. whew. This are the stuff that you need to do to get your 6240T working correctly

Running the Wizard
1. Go to http://192.168.1.1 and run wizard.
2. Choose your gmt.
3. Choose PPPoE/PPPoA
4. Type in your username and password. Username should end with @singnet, @singnet1500 or @singnetbusiness. VPI is 0 and VCI is 100 for singnet. Choose PPPoA VC-Mux
5. The wireless stuff is standard configuration stuff.
6. Next click restart and wait for the ADSL line to be connected.

Configuring on the D-Link set up page
1. Go to http://192.168.1.1
2. Under Home->WAN, check for these
PVC=Pvc0(this can actually be anyone of it, but we start with the first one laaahhh)
VPI=0 and VCI=100 (this is the config for singnet)
Virtual Circuit=Enabled(I think you can disable this and use PPPoE, but this is what I am using right now.)
WAN Setting=PPPoE/PPPoA

Username and password is your own.
Authentication Type=Auto
Connection Type=PPPoA VC-Mux(I think if you enabled Virtual Circuit, you need to use this setting)
MTU=1400 MRU=1492
Default Route=Enabled
PPPoE Pass Through=Disabled
NAT=Enabled
Firewall=Disabled(you can enable this)
IP Control=Dynamic IP

Connection Setting=Always On

Click on Apply
3. Go to Tools->System
4. Click on Save and Reboot.
5. Go to Status. Under ADSL, your ADSL line state should be connected when the ADSL node lights up.
6. Click on Device Info and under WAN, you can see the status of your Virtual Circuit.
If it is Disconnected, click on the Connect button on the right
If it is waiting for a response.., your router/modem is trying to connect to the singnet server
If it is connected. Ta Da, it is connected.
