On an impulse, i went for the milk run 2008. Actually, offhand, i don't remember there's such an event before. As Maslow Theory have said before, people will fulfil their more immediate needs than anything. Once their immediate needs are fulfilled, then their attention will move up the pyramid. Which is kinda what happened to me, something like that.Since i had already settled those more 'pressing' concerns, as in the flat, the monthly bills and insurance all that. What's left, is further self
It was the 1st time that i manage to complete the 4.5km without stopping, although i was sorely tempted to stop at the traffic lights which was turning from red to green. I never liked running in the first place, as i don't find the point of torturing myself. Living is bad enough already, why torture myself more? But thinking about it, running might help to keep me fit though. The longest i had ran before, is 2.something km, and that's way back in time.
Hope things turn out well, as i have this tendency to go all the way into things i have set my mind to. Maybe a marathon?
