Hamper?

Got this hamper from Prudential, for my 'patience' in waiting for them to investigate the case of the two 'magical' letters. Well, to date, i have no idea of whether will there be any conclusion of any sort. Well, I sent the email around end March, now is already mid July. And it seems like there's no conclusion to be drawn as of yet. The customer feedback agent who's in charge of the whole thing is on leave, i believe. The other agent told me there's a letter included on the hamper, which i thought was the official letter to conclude everything.

But unfortunately, that's not the case. It seems, after contacting the feedback agent again on 21 Jul, that i was informed that there's not really a conclusion. What they did is, some disciplinary actions on the agent, and then, leave it to the police. Since they can't find out who actually wrote the letters and such. I think there's something seriously wrong with the system they are having.

Maybe i shouldn't have expected anything to come out of this anyway, especially knowing how 'dark' the world really is. The only thing that came out of this, is the box that the hamper came in. At least it can still be reused for some other functions. Better than nothing, i guess.
