Pleasant surprise...

It was like few weeks back, i was lamenting the fact that there's no one who have faith in me. Those that know me, that is. Well, i admit at times, i shows indecisiveness. Never inspire leadership, neither did i desire to be in the limelight at all, of which is the main characteristics of a middle-born.

That's why, i am pleasantly surprised when one ex-poly mate(met her sometime last week), remarked that i have plans for my future(as dim as it might seem to me). Thank you for the vote of confidence, my fren, it really felt good to have someone who believed so much in me. Did i tell her about my plans before, few years back? But well, alot have certainly changed during the few years after we graduated.

For me, there's no more room for "Why me?"'s. Esp in the view that alot of things needs to get settled a.s.a.p., and doing it myself is definitely better than leaving it to other ppl. i may not make the best choice out there, but it's a start. Taking over responsibility is something that everyone gotta face, sooner or later(i prefer sooner though). Only problem, is that the tendency to urge things to move faster. Some things are totally out of my control, and to me, letting go aint as easy as it seems.

Plans have to be rescheduled, esp in the light of finances. Considering loans for studies, but loans have interests(prefer not to take though). Driving licence will have to try to get it started in the meanwhile(Money money money...). Sigh, spent too much money during the first 2 years of worked, to the extent of having no savings, although i din earn very much(no excuse). Finally going to settle the flat, and the ways of payment. Pending my CPF investment, i gotta get the administration started soon. The administrative work will take at least 1-2 months. Argh. Some things just cant be hurried.

Gotta consider whether can i find another line of work before my reservist in the feb-mar liddat. Procrastinating about the amendments to my resume. There really gotta be MORE to life...
